Terms of service

1. These terms

This website is operated by BrainBloom. By placing an order you agree to these terms of service, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference.

2. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. Our products are children's books; the purchaser is an adult, not the child.

3. Products and descriptions

We describe page counts, book counts, age ranges and formats as accurately as we can. Product photography is representative — cover art, paper stock and binding may vary slightly between print runs. Colours can differ between your screen and the printed page.

4. Pricing and promotions

All prices are shown in US dollars unless your local currency is displayed. Prices include free shipping and exclude any import duties or taxes that may be levied in your country.

Compare-at prices shown with a strikethrough are the combined regular selling prices of the individual packs in that bundle on this site. Where an offer includes a free item, that item is genuinely free: the prices of the paid items are not increased to fund it. Promotions and discount codes may be limited in time, quantity, or to specific collections, and cannot be combined unless we say so.

We may correct pricing errors. If an order is affected by an obvious error we'll contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order — refunding you in full — if the item is unavailable, the price was wrong, or we suspect fraud.

6. Availability

Titles are printed to order. If a specific title in a bundle becomes unavailable we'll substitute a title of equal or greater value in the same category, or contact you first if no comparable substitute exists.

7. Delivery and risk

Delivery timeframes are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping Policy for lost-parcel handling.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, layout, graphics and photography — is owned by BrainBloom or used under licence, and may not be reproduced without permission. The books themselves are supplied for personal, non-commercial family or classroom use. They may not be photocopied for resale or redistributed commercially.

9. Accuracy of your information

You are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address and a working email address.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law or equivalent legislation in your jurisdiction.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws in your country of residence.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order.
